Try following Google Groups:
comp.arch.fpga=20
comp.lang.vhdl
comp.lang.verilog

also try :
http://toolbox.xilinx.com/cgi-bin/forum

Many Yahoo groups are also devoted to FPGA design..

thannks,

I 'm personally not aware of any mailing lists devoted to FPGA topics=20
(though I'm sure that some probably exist somewhere. Try a Google=20
search on: FPGA mailing list, you should come up with some possibilities =

to check out), however the usenet newsgroup comp.arch.fpga is probably=20
the appropriate venue for your questions regarding FPGAs.
