Hi Morgan, The filter used with L and C are placed close to the connector. From the Signal Integrity point of view they degrade the Integrity of Signals at the receiver end. Use the minimum values of L and C that that passes the EMI and EMC compatibility. The RBG Signals can be characterized by terminating with 75 Ohm resistors at the connector and displaying alternate Black/White Patterns. The VESA/VSIS specification calls for Max Luminance voltage of 0.700 Volts +0.07 / 0.035 Volts. There are other less important specifications - like Linearity, Video noise injection ratio, Rise/Fall time etc. I had checked with Rage-XL and no ibis or other behavioral models were available.
