Hello Farooq,

What I can suggest is tocheck out the EIA site
http://www.eigroup.org/IBIS/tools.htm where there is a Spice to Ibis
cookbook.
Also try to get a hold of the EIA Standard IBIS ver 3.2  mannual. It should
be at the above listed website.
