[SI-LIST] ADS Models from TDR/TDT data

Hi Guys
For those of you who use ADS for your simulations I can offer the following.

I have developed models and technique for adjusting a combination of ADS 
models to
mimic measured TDR performance.   The accuracy is so good that the 
measured and
modeled data lays right on top of one another even with expanded scales 
to look at individual
perturbations at the connectors

I could do the models as a consultant or could do a 1 or 2 day training 
including the
ADS modeling setup I have already developed.
