[SI-LIST] AD8334 LNA SPICE Macro-model

Hi all
I've attached the macro model(spice) of LNA AD8334,in this model the following
5 lines cause errors in simulating ,how can i change these lines to be able for
correct simulation?
what's the solution?
I simulate this spice model in nexxim or ADS,in both we have errors in
interpreting.
GB11 CM1 25 Value = {(V(LON1)-V(CM1))*V(ENL1)*1U}
...
GB12 CM1 30 Value = {(V(LOP1)-V(CM1))*V(ENL1)*1U}
...
GB9 21 0 Value = {I(VSNS2)*V(ENL1)}
GB10 14 0 Value = {I(VSNS1)*V(ENL1)}
...
EB13 74 0 Value = {IF(V(ENBL) - V(COML) < 1.625 , 0 , 1)}
