[SI-LIST] Re: 2-port VNA -> 4-port VNA ?

Neven:
You may try these equations; they should meet your requests.
Sxy are single-ended s-parameters.
SDD11=0.5*(S11-S13-S31+S33) SDD12=0.5*(S12-S14-S32+S34)
SDD21=0.5*(S21-S23-S41+S43) SDD22=0.5*(S22-S24-S42+S44)

SCD11=0.5*(S11-S13+S31-S33) SCD12=0.5*(S12-S14+S32-S34)
SCD21=0.5*(S21-S23+S41-S43) SCD22=0.5*(S22-S24+S42-S44)

SDC11=0.5*(S11+S13-S31-S33) SDC11=0.5*(S12+S14-S32-S34)
SDC21=0.5*(S21+S23-S41-S43) SDC22=0.5*(S22+S24-S42-S44)

SCC11=0.5*(S11+S13+S31+S33) SCC12=0.5*(S12+S14+S32+S34)
SCC21=0.5*(S21+S23+S41+S43) SCC22=0.5*(S22+S24+S42+S44)

Subject: [SI-LIST] 2-port VNA -> 4-port VNA ?

Does anyone know if there is an available conversion routine (e.g.
Excel, Mathad, web-based.....), that would help me convert multiple
2-port VNA S-parameters obtained on a 4-port DUT (measure all
combinations of two-ports while the other ports are terminated) and
convert them into 4-port mixed-mode S-parameters?

I am especially interested in SCC21 and SDC21 (CM-CM transfer and CM-
DM conversion). I cannot use TDR/TDT because I need at least -60 dB
sensitivity.

Thank you, Neven
