Yes it does also have to do with restricting free trade.... BUT
(list monitor pay attention)... If Hunte thinks anything the Board or the
club did or said in ANY WAY hinders his ability to make a buck he is nuttier
than I thought. Has anyone seen what the rescue sites have to say about
this man?
There is ABsolutely (hehehehe) no basis for ANY claim of "anti-trust".

It also applies to restricting free trade. If Hunte feels that the leaks
from the Board meeting and all the actions of the list were damaging
to his business, maybe that could possibly be where the "Antitrust"
part comes in. Just guessing, this isn't anything I have any experience
