Yes, I have one! Ok, she thinks she's a GSD. She's really a Dutch shepherd.
Many people think she's a brindle GSD. They look more like the Malinois in
body type than a GSD. However, if you look really close at pedigrees and
breeding histories of the breed, you will see GSD, Lakenois and Malinois in
there. They come in 3 coat types, short and long coat as well as wire coat.
The Dutch shepherd is recognized as a breed with UKC. They have their own
registry in America and have no desire to become affiliated with AKC.
Not sure how long ago you saw the brindle GSD, but I suppose it could be
possible that it was an import that had 2 GSD parents with Dutchie behind them
on both sides. Don't know enough about genetics to know if this could produce
a brindle, just a thought.

hat appeared to be brindle. I don't know if it was an ILP GSD or a fully
