Instead of going after the reputable breeders we should concentrate on the BACK 
YARD PUPPY MILLS. Case in point one of the nurses  here at my rehab facility 
just bought a long coated male. Paid $500 at 7 weeks old at best 1 shot and 
kinda wobbly in the rear that;s puppy but I'll know nore tomorrow when I see 
him.. Needless to say I got extremely upset to top it off she had the puppy in 
here earlier today showing it off. She's having him brought in tomorrow so I 
can see him.

What bothers me  about this discussion is that we have been thru this
multiple times.  Jamie wanted to tighten up the loop wholes and put some
strength in it and at the time it kept getting rejected. As I remember Jamie
worked very hard on this for a long time and took a lot of suggestions from
the membership only to have it rejected by the board.

So unless the board is willing to back a change it is going no where
