I have been reading stuff like this since I was a child. I saw ads in my
brother's auto magazines, etc. and nothing ever came of it. I then heard it
was
the oil companies that squelched it everytime. Recently I'd heard it's quite
an expensive process to bring this to fruition. Has anyone tried it?
