I have posted this before but will repeat: AKC will not even consider approving as a separate breed a DQ in an existing breed. Therefore, they would not the white shepherd as a separate breed as long as a white dog is a DQ in the GSD. Perhaps this is their plan I doubt it, but one never knows. If the DQ is lifted, then they could apply to AKC to make the white shepherd a separate breed. I, for one, would not like to see this happen, and it would be a disaster for the ehites because then they could breed only to the white shepherd.
