qualifications for positions as training directors, questioning Dorothy's L.

gets paid 2x are in any way well intended or constructive.
I DO agree with you that the question, "why more working dog folks don't
want to be involved on their board" is relevant and should be addressed.
If you (generic "you") want to challenge the thought that members can be on
two boards simultaneously, fine. That's a valid discussion. Criticizing
those folks who DO step up to fill positions when asked, though, IMO, is hardly
the answer. IMO, they don't deserve it.
