I disagree about the two Boards having the same directors Kathy and have
repeatedly raised the issue at our Board meetings-when votes come up about
funds for the other WDA ( we now have a WDA committtee in our Club) those
directors on both Boards should refrain from voting but don't- this is not
good for our organizations legally speaking- I think the comments were well
intended and the real question generated is why don't more working dog
people want to get involved in the other WDA Board- obviously many people
want to be involved in our organization as evidenced by the number of
candidates running-Kris
