OK question please? From previous posts we are not out the $500 deposit
for Lexington as supposedly Topeka will reimburse the club for that, however,
what, if any, penalty will we as a club incur for a breached contract with
the Holiday Inn in Lexington? Did we have to guarantee X number of rooms?
Anyone?

P.S. Just a suggestion, going forward when dealing with contracts, perhaps
correspondence should be sent registered mail/return receipt required. It
could bite us one day thinking we have a binding contract when we really
don't.
