Ahhhhh....my 10 reasons to go to the Colorado nationals...
1) Liz Hampton will be there!!! My new best friend and all her great friends
I've met.
2) Sherry McKinnon I met at a Montana show and enjoyed her hospitality and
generosity.
3) Nancy Phelps I met with Sherrie in Montana and learned so much about and
loved to hear of the many dogs of the past.
4) Nancy McJunkins who came all the way from Colorado to bred her beautiful
bitch "Fire" to "Buck".
5) I'll get to see some of the Buck/Fire puppies in real life. The breeding
that was set up due to a raffle of the list. Which came out fabulous.
6) I can drive it..snow???? snow chains are a staple for people who go across
the cascades too.
7) Liz said I have a place to stay if I come down. Hey I don't mine as long
as she takes the week off and takes me everywhere to see those beautiful
mountains there. I love mountains. I have my own right out my back yard Mt
Rainier.
I'm so close I'll be able to see the show if she blows. I'll just have to
watch for falling rocks.
8) That show sight looks wonderful. Looks as good as the one in Albany.
Albany was a great show!!!
9) People are complaining about the site. The more they do the more I'm
thinking it will be as great as Albany.
10) I'll be able to get to all the committee meeting and volunteer for the
temperament test, steward in the obedience ring, and watch all the great dogs.
Just a note: I won't be able to bring my brother in-law, he's "gone fishin"
or huntin' . I wouldn't want Liz and Sherrie to have to fight over him. No, my
husband is still not available yet, Sherrie I'll tell you when I get rid of
him. But if I do I get custody of the training and grooming building. just keep
the beer on ice.
