I was the first to say that Joan was "fired" - NOT from the board but from her
position as National Site chairman!!! The word "fired" was only used to
describe the immediate transfer of her position to another,
without prior warning. IMO she was doing a wonderful job & this was
poorly handled.
I am certainly sorry that I "mislead" anyone into thinking she was or even
could be removed from her elected position on the board.
