Laurie, thank you for providing your list of qualifications to the List. I
have to say it is a breath of fresh air to read that you believe it is
important to groom others for this position in the event that you are
appointed and choose not to run for the position in the future. Good
leaders know that you are often only as good as the people you surround
yourself with. They are also not intimidated by those who may be equally or
