Thanks, Stormy! I thought Jamie had said to plant them in the spring! I guess I'll just have to be patient. We can usually plant in April or early May......... Loved the sweet potato recipes. Gourmet magazine had one quite a few years ago that included bourbon...and it was really wonderful (no, you couldn't taste the bourbon)...I haven't made it in years and now can't find the recipe anywhere!!!
