I have said this for years...for those who never had a chance to read Marie
Gintner's "Its a Dogs Life" Series, you are missing a real treat as well. I
would love to see that series re-run as we have so many new folks. Cynthia

the Editor of the Northland Shepherd News before me and retired on top with a
Dog Writers Association of America award for best newsletter. Occasionally at a
club meeting we catch Jane doodling with the Ruthie character and we confiscate
it for the newsletter. Jane is a wonderful person with an amazing memory for
detail and a wonderful sense of humor and we feel very fortunate to have her as
a lifetime member of our club. Jane also writes a pet column for us and has
just added a new Kennel Helper column to her contributions.
