That being said....I've seen a lot of very well trained sheep and they can make
a dog look like he/she know what they are doing !!

The HIC/HIT (which is it?!) is only supposed to mean that the dog is
rainable in the endeavor and has an interest in sheep. That interest may
ot always be pure (Strauss would love to eat mutton rather than herd), but
he tester is supposed to pass dogs that they believe could be trained to
o the work.
