I can understand getting in over your head. It is easy to do with dogs. BUT
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR FILTH NEVER NEVER NEVER. Filth is born from laziness.
If you have never been to the person's home then don't lease or sell them a
dog. Plain and simple.

The video......this lady was in over her head. This wasn't a healthy situation
for people OR dogs. Very sad.
And Jackie, she surrendered the dogs, the shelter has no obligation to call
anyone. Maybe people should check where they send their dogs in the first
place.
Poor dogs.
