[ SHOWGSD-L ] Scandal with the 39 surrendered dogs??

What is going on?!
There are apparently dogs that were at this kennel *ON LEASE* that are not
being returned to their original TRUE owners. I have heard claims that
bitches are being spay aborted, males are being neutered, and animals are
being placed a DAY after their arrival there.
Many of these animals are tattooed, and others are likely chipped, but the
shelter is refusing to check for chips!?
Hardly sounds reputable to me....
