The journey is over for Clint at only 6 years old, As many of you know he
hadn't been well, but seemed to be getting better. Better enough that at the
Santa Maria show in February, we had a family outing with 6 of his
offspring...yes we took 7 dogs , but only showed 3, but in that open field, he
had his romp with the kids and it was something to see. His legacy will be
Grand champion Yoncalla's Solo v Meryvyn, major point winner, Yoncalla's Ace in
the Hole v Backachers, and 5 young ones that are at the beginning of their
careers, three with Best Puppies. Those 5 will be at the San Diego futerity.,
and out of coat, or ring ready or not, they will strut their stuff and win,
lose or draw he will be looking down with pride at what he left behind. His
legacy will also be those fabulous temperaments, awesome movers and
style...always style.
We and Clint had a great ride and like all the others that we all lose along
the way, he is gone but never forgotten.
