The Chair did her job by reporting the receipt of same; the Board KNEW a
vote was impending.
IF Board member DID NOT know who/what/where regarding the applicant, why
didn't they FIND OUT AS A RESPONSIBLE BOARD MEMBER. Surely a red flag went up
with all those signatures etc.
There must be other reasons.

Gary and I even made trip to Petland before the vote...couldn't wait to get
out of there, those poor puppies.
Gary heard all the rumors of lawsuit, but that didn't sway his vote.
