I do know that Kris was the legal counsel, and resigned at the meeting I
attended due to the board not following her legal advice. I do not know of her
threatening Margery Golant. But, I do know she did resign, and I don't know
if the board has appointed someone else. I know they haven't asked me.
And, that is a good thing.
I did just get a question from the Collie Club as their parliamentarian. It
sure does get complicated in these clubs. In this instance I knew the answer.
