To sign the online petition, go to www.petitionspot.com and click on Paws
2005 Opposition. They'll send you back an email to confirm you are who you
are and that you desire to register your opposition to PAWS 2005 online.
I noticed this morning that the link to the PAWS Opposition 2005 is no
longer up. You have to put PAWS in the "search" to bring it up. I wonder
how we can keep it as an active link? I also noticed under the Most Popular
Petitions, that there is a petition with 29,000 signatures directed to the
editor of People Magazine asking that an article be put in the magazine
about puppy mills and rescue dogs. This was initiated following a November
8th article in People about teen entrepreneurs making money as internet
breeders. I haven't read the article but it might be worth looking up at
the library.
