I've been watching this thread all day ..... and thinking to myself 'but the
dog HAD full dentition. He LOST the tooth'!! And I've been waiting for
someone to respond to the actual question. Couple of people have said what
I've been thinking, but not answering the question. I haven't answered,
because I'm in Australia - not sure if the same rules apply.
If, however, they do, then no, the dog should NOT be penalized for the
missing tooth!! Over here, we can actually obtain a Tooth Certificate from
our GSDC, at a cost of $50. But if it's OBVIOUS the tooth WAS there, that
should not be required.
