[ SHOWGSD-L ] Morning sick

My healthy 18 month old female has developed a problem that puzzles me. After
her morning run she's pretty excited. She comes in the house and gulps water
and then vomits a couple of times (not every day but every third or so). Then
she eats breakfast without any upset. Any suggestions on what is going on with
her?? Thanks for your experience.
