Joyce's mother's gal whelped 2 litters here...the first in an electric
storm in the early evening, 4ish (and yes, we lost power for a short time,
lol), and the second during the day, 10AMish.
My place is REALLY quiet; it's just the dogs and I, way on top of a hill,
most days you never even hear a car.
I've always thought gals will wait until things are quiet, but since my
place is unusually quite, I find a lot of my gals will start during the day.
