OK -- one more time -- Colorado has passed anti-BSL legislation. Home-rule
municipalities are NOT governed by State Legislation, thus Aurora and Commerce
City and all other home-rule municipalities can pass whatever laws they desire.
Pit bulls have been banned in Castle Rock for at least 4 years, heck they
even had a law at one time that said all cats had to be leashed!
