Nobody in the GSDCA or WDA gets paid for the job.  But it probably would help 
WDA if Board members got reimbursed for expenses to attend a Board meeting.  
At the time WDA started up there was no money to do that.  While their 
treasury is better than it was, there still is not the wherewithall to 
reimburse all 
the Board members their travel expenses.
