Before you start jumping at Carmen because he is scheduled to speak at the
Hunte Corporation meeting maybe you should ask him what and why? My guess is
that as President of CAR (Companion Animal Recovery) he is attempting to make
sure that every animal sold by Hunte has a microchip which is a USDA
requirement. Might as well be the firm who gets to do the recording, etc.
However, that is my opinion, you should ask Carmen, he will tell you what is
happening. Besides, the panel of speakers is fairly impressive.
The registry that Hunte is proposing has been around for quite some time,
there are billboards advertising it here in Missouri, the puppy mill capital I
am
ashamed to say. And all the puppy mills are licensed and inspected by USDA,
does the term PAWS start to ring?
Anyway, ask Carmen about the Hunte meeting, he will tell you.
