UMMMM!  I don't think anyone or any dog could have a heart attack and
then get up and walk around like nothing happened.

Sounds more like he ingested something that might have contained a Vagal
stimulant, which would slow the heart rate....
slow rate = low blood pressure
low BP = decreased perfusion to the brain
dec. perfusion = fainting (passing out).

BTW, vomiting will do the same thing....and hard coughing....
anything which increases pressure in the abdomen and chest.
Heart patients also can do the "valsalva maneuver" to slow
their own heart rates.....or sometimes to convert an atrial arrythmia.
