Well Theresa, I just can't wait for you to explain how the Board's decision to
continue to have our National at
Purina in St. Louis will "benefit the whole club, not a few"..........??
Somehow I really believe that if Purina Farms was located in Salt Lake City,
Utah, or even Colorado instead of Missouri
that you personally and most of the Board would not feel that way!! Not if
you actually have been, and DO actually
support the Nationals with your years worth or work entered! Can't wait to
hear how you justify that our "big States"
are unreasonable to actually suggest other sites because of our 'lesser
population'. Possibly you might take the
time to check out the entries the last few years...and some of the National top
winners and Selects are coming in from
other areas along with the "more populated" East.
Common sense would tell the Board that some adjustable changes might need to be
made ( as with Canada )....
Common sense....and The ONE thing I can definitely tell this current
Board.......if it stays in St. Louis....it will get a lot
smaller. I sure hope Purina is willing to adjust their prices for the

It is sad to read all the posts condemning the GSDCA Board Members for making a
decision that
will benefit the whole club not just a few that continue to be upset. Blaming
the SV Show or
fighting against staying at the Purina Farm where everything is available to
use without the
expense of paying for all of it then arguing for a sites that the GSDCA can not
afford makes no sense .
The Purina Farm is set up for dogs not horses as so many people keep suggesting
those sites. Everything needs to be brought as it is not available. Yes the
West Coast are bigger states but does not have the population of members if you
look at the overall membership.
