[ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: GSDCA membership

Ok...I give up. :-) I joined the PC this morning (or at least I filled out the
online paperwork and gave my MC#). I want to see the illustrations first hand
so I'll know what we're complaining about . Now how long before I'm permitted
inside the golden gates online to see it???
Just a newcomer perspective: I didn't join the PC before because a) it's
expensive and b) perceived benefits are low for someone new to the scene. This
list has indeed made me more willing to join the PC. The conversations are
instructive and conversational (and sometimes caustic and entertaining).
You've shared advice on several issues I've had in getting involved in showing
conformation. I almost feel like I'm getting to know some of you. I had the
great opportunity to meet board members in Ft. Collins and that too made me
feel more like being a part of the PC. I look forward to reading each post
(like Evan- I read every one).
Please don't shut down the conversation by making insider and outsider lists.
