This is one of those trick questions with a trick answer. According to our standard, there are faults, serious faults and disqualifying faults. The decision of what is major or minor is not stated in our standard. Certainly disqualifying faults would be major, other than that, I guess you would call serious faults what you wanted, major or minor. What is "light eyes"? No where does it define major faults.
