The dogs were seized at 7am. No dog requires water in their crates
overnight.
Sorry, this argument does not carry water with me.

My German Shepherd Dogs have always had water available them 24/7.
It has worked for my GSD to always have food available at all times to
nibble
on but he is fed his canned with his dry once a day in the evening.
However,
he has the best dog food available with no connection to Diamond Food.
I know all dogs are different but they will always need access to water.
Unlike
a human a dog is not able to get a drink of water if we do not offer it.
