There is no extra paperwork.
The judge designates who he/she thinks is worthy of GrCh points....
AKC will decide if they are eligible. All the judge has to do is mark
down a couple of extra arm band numbers in the judges book. If
the Veteran dog or bitch is not a champion, AKC will just disalow
the award.
