Question

When we watched Westminister, More than one handler was asked to leave the ring
because of
possible conflict of interest.

So Whose responsibility is it - the Handler or the Judge to make the ethics
call?

I know that The Canadian Kennel Club has a Code of Ethics and By Laws

I do not think it matters whether the Handler worked for a judge in Germany,
Australia or USA or
Canada - or in some cases boarded dogs at a kennel owner by the Judges Family -
the Ethics
is WHAT is perceived as an impropriety. We should not need rules to prevent
these things.

But that is why we have Laws to govern countries .. Humans tend to push the
envelope. Not that
there is anything wrong with that, right, Evan.
