[ SHOWGSD-L ] Double Handling With a Trained Cat

My GSD was brought up with cats. In fact, every GSD that I have owned was
raised with a cat, and are the best of buddies!
If a person wants to use a cat for doubling, IMO they are doing it at the cat's
risk. Some dogs' HATE cats, and would injure or kill a cat if the cat ever got
loose.( The prey instinct). At a Dog Show, if a little child ever saw this, or
anyone for that matter, it would have a detrimental effect. Not good PR when
it comes to our breed, people would say vicious dogs, etc... Sometimes people
just don't think.

P.S. If I remember correctly, didn't a little dog last year get killed at one
of the Dog shows in Illinois by 2 dogs? It was an All-Breed show.
