I think you have to be really dedicated and informed to make a success of a raw diet. I'm not comfortable with it. My only point was that high quality kibble does exist -- and that dogs can thrive on it. I'm not for a minute suggesting that Canidae is the be all and end all -- there are a number of excellent kibbles available. Whole Dog Journal does an annual survey of them. I don't reject raw diets -- they're just not for me. People just need to find what works for them.
