I know it was handler error but it made me paranoid and not fun! The dog was so smart. He knew that when he got in an actual trial I could not correct him and he took advantage of that. He loved training as we could act crazy and praise etc. But he would enjoy watching what was going on in the next ring when it came to a trial. I had a friend with a OTCH Turv. One time when she threw the dumbbell, he jumped over the fence into the next ring and got in the face of one who was putting down gloves to see what was going on. Satisfied, he then jumped back into his own ring, picked up the dumbbell and did a perfect front! He had lots of fun!
