Last weekend I was honored to have breakfast with the great Carolyn and
Frank Martello.
Carolyn told me that none of the planes that go to Reno will take a large
crate. She said we would have to fly into Sacramento, so it would be a bit
of a drive. Still, the location should be good enough to make up for it.
Another concern she mentioned, and one we might have to be ready for, is
that at that time, they often close the pass because of snow, and we might
not be able to drive from Sacramento to Reno.
I have to assume the board considered these problems, but since it is over
a year and a half away, we can all address them. Let's keep the discussion
open so we can all prepare for any possibility.
Also, after watching my Patriot son last weekend, I think he might be
ready for American Bred at the Reno National. Talk about slow maturing!

What are the remaining airlines that fly dogs, if American, United,
Alaska, and Delta are among them all these fly to Reno, not sure about size of
planes and connecting routes,
