don't lurk, norma - you're RIGHT. we all have our color preferences and
that's fine. personally, i love black and red - it is my favorite color
combo - BUT, the supposed black and reds that we see all too often, dogs who
are, shall we say "enhanced" - THAT makes me nuts. again, we're human and
we have our individual tastes but for any of us to say we are "sick" of
seeing a color is sad - that is the least important aspect of the dog - let's
deal with structure, motion and character. when we're all producing perfect
specimens, THEN let's get picky about color. somehow, i doubt that day
will ever come<G>.

Agreed with Paulette. You only see the bi-colors, sables, and blankets in
the ring when they need to be Koered, because those are the working line
dogs.
Personally, I'm sick of black and red. Nothing wrong with a nice black and
tan.
