margy,
i agree with glenn. don't say that you are not suing the club (you are) and
then turn around and say it is ok because the club has insurance to cover
litigation.
we are not idiots that need to be patronized. the bottom line is that if
you do care about the club you would not be suing it. you asked people on the
list what they thought you should do and obviously most people said drop the
lawsuit. now you are trying to justify continuing with the suit. eventually
if you keep doing harm to the club, people will wake up and withdraw their
support for you.
am i mad. you bet! you are trying to hurt the parent club and a lot of
innocent people who work hard for the club that i believe in. you are also
letting down all those people who supported you when people started taking
sides.
if you need to sue individuals who you think wronged you then go ahead but,
don't drag the parent club into it.
that is my opinion and as even says there is nothing wrong with that!
