Very true about the wondering part now, but very easy for people to say, "You should've stopped to find out why!" When at that very moment there was so much excitement/confusion with no control over the dog happening in seconds of my thoughts. If I could've seen some kind of control with those two older men I probably would've stopped because I wanted to. I did stop my car twice wanting to do that but every time I did the dog was pulling the men all over the place & they were getting more, more upset I saw in my side mirror.
