I tend to agree that PDF isn't necessary, though I would hope not to have to
much additional editing on the cases posted.
I would favor a clean text of the case, however, without a syllabus or study
questions attached. A syllabus would probably tend to encourage skimming, and
study questions would almost certainly require tinkering for use in class.
