hello it co-ordinators,
have you deleted all the old patch files from your system ? Alas ! the new
itexam has also several bugs...
1) in several questions it is asked to open files from "Documents" folder and
copy it into your document. but the specified files are not there to your
surprise...
2) similarly in several questions it is asked to insert images from "Documents"
folder to your document. but the specified files are not there ..
3) the old problem which makes the computer hang when the dialogue box of Time
elapsed is displayed still persists...
my own solutions..

i tried several methods to overcome the difficulty and found the following
method successful.
you can also try it.
- before installing, delete the folders : images8, images9, images10, exam8,
exam9, exam10, documents and Documents.
(these are the left overs of old exam softwares. they are not removed after
uninstalling an old version of itexam)
- now new exam can be installed.
2) i am not sure we can use the old timer patch for this exam. hope we can hear
from the master trainers.
