qualifications are shown as below:

1. POSITION: Commercial Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 
= =E2=80=A2 Develops Business and manage the Department commercially as well
= as technically. 
=E2=80=A2 Leads the Marketing and Sales functions of Co= mpany Business Line

=E2=80=A2 Develops a Marketing and Sales strategy t= o increase market share
and profitability, including but not limited to pro= posing, developing and
implementing marketing plans, market trend analyses,= pricing policies,
establishing networks 
=E2=80=A2 Knows in-depth the C= lients in Indonesia, their needs,
expectations and levels of satisfaction a= nd increase sales per client 
=E2=80=A2 Organizes and controls implement= ation of marketing and sales
tactics. 
=E2=80=A2 Prepares proposals and = conduct technical and commercial sales
negotiations 
=E2=80=A2 Develops = agents and sales networks 
=E2=80=A2 Develops annual budgets 
=E2=80= =A2 Handles major sales and negotiation; appoints agents and
distributors a= nd works with them. 
=E2=80=A2 Achieves and maintains the required quali= ty of services
performance via set objectives for the business unit. 
= =E2=80=A2 Leads and controls the performance of the department activities,
= including any planning and review, and the management of the department
sta= ff. 

TASK, FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY: 

GENERAL: 
1. Ensu= res that all staff work in accordance with Company mission, vision
and valu= es. 
2. Prepares and monitors yearly budgets. 
3. Implements the Comp= any Group and procedures. 
4. Liaises with the Operations Department to = make sure that adequately
skilled resources are available in accordance wit= h the requirements of the
Clients ,br>5. Liaises with the Technical Departm= ent in the Company
Networkin identifying new opportunities for products an= d to assist in new
product development 
6. Undertakes any other activiti= es and any other reasonable job (within
hiscompetency), as requested by Co= mpany Management

COMMERCIAL: 
1. Manages the timely submittal of = proposals, pre-qualifications through
efficient use of clerical and/or admi= nistrative staff. 
2. Develops its line of business with the object to i= dentifying the
potential market, its tendencies, the competitors and the re= sources
available, operating all the necessary sources of information and d=
eveloping the commercial law actions. 
3. Manages the sales marketing d= epartment in the most effective and
efficient manner 
4. Manages and co-= ordinates the management of Local and Global Key
Accounts
5. Implements= Company pricing tools 
6. Obtains, manages and disseminates information= about competitors 
7. Identifies new business opportunities, develops m= arketing strategies
andsales plans 
8. Maintains historical databases t= o be able to identify market trends,
client histories, etc. 
9. Develops= sales and marketing materials 
10. Generates periodic reports regarding= market trends, sales, etc. 
11. Knows in depth the clients in its area,= manages client's relations,
their needs, expectation and their level of sa= tisfaction. 
12. Supports other business lines with sales and marketing = expertise

PRODUCT AND MARKET DEVELOPMENT: 
1. Leads strategic cho= ices and launches new products at country/regional
level 
2. Coordinates= with the Manager of the Technical Center Kuala Lumpur that
the product/ser= vice requirements are sufficiently clear and suitable for
presentation to t= he Clients 
3. Develops and maintains project estimating database to ens= ure
consistencyin estimations and in developing a history of estimating da= ta
for future projects 
4. Contributes to reengineering of production/sa= les processes 
5. Maintains close relationship with Technical Center in = Kuala Lumpur
regarding new products and services

MANAGEMENT AND CO-O= RDINATION:
1. Manages the team of the country in terms of commercial dev= elopment,
management of Company services, including Human Resources Managem= ent and
quality of service. 
2. Follows up the financial processes of th= e activity. 
3. Makes people contribute to knowledge management and best= practices
sharing

CO-ORDINATION:
1. Coordinates with operational= , commercial and technical departments of
the Company Network that adequate= resources are available

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES= : 
1. Manages the division in terms of Human Resources development 
2= . Creates a team spirit and 'can-do' attitude. 
3. Assures that the staf= f is capable of providing the required levels of
service quality, including= timeliness and quality of reporting. 
4. Assures the adequacy of the hu= man resources, including approved
subcontractors 
5. Counsels and coache= s department staff and enhances their capabilities. 
6. Ensures the prop= er transmission of information within the business line
leadership group, i= ncluding training, procedure or explanation as
necessary. 
7. Makes peop= le contribute to knowledge management and best practices
sharing

AUT= HORITIES:
1. Makes recommendations for recruiting, disciplining and dism= issing staff

2. Financial authorities as per separate document

K= EY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: 
Key Performance Indicators are outlined in P= MP and will be the basis for
the performance bonus

EDUCATION: 
Es= sential: S1 or equivalent in Engineering, Commercial or Science related
dis= cipline 
Desirable: S2, MBA, MM

EXPERIENCE:
Essential: 5-8 yrs= 
Desirable: 5-8 yrs

Based Inspection, Asset Integrit= y Management
