The club can and should supply good quality paper plates and cutlery - that
keeps it simple.
We should start at 6 - finish eating by 7:30.
Society will supply standard drinks but members are free to also bring
their own drinks of choice (BYOB).
These work best if we designate by alphabet what category we suggest people
bring.
I'll have my mom update the reservation time for 6 pm start and to have the
tables set up for us.

Hi All Board Members,
I would like to go ahead with scheduling the Potluck for December 2nd
2016 at the Riverview Community Building. We still have a guest speaker
(John Buchanan from EWU) at 7:30 pm so it would be good if we could start
the potluck by at least 6:30 pm. I am not sure what we did last year but I
think the Society brought the meat and drinks (pop & water in ice cooler
and coffee). We could do the same this year. I am willing to bring two
cooked spiral cut hams if some else can bring drinks. We could ask the club
members to bring a main dish, salad or dessert according to dividing up
name alphabetically or just bring your favorite dish. Everyone should bring
their own plates, silverware and napkins but the society could bring some
extra paper plates, plastic silverware and napkins.
How does this sound? What did I forget? Please give me your comments and
suggestions by Oct. 20th so Jenny can put an announcement in the Nov.
Asterisk and Nick can put it on the SAS website. We can also talk more
final details at Nov. board meeting.
